I have been using Contact Lens King for the last four or five years. They have always provided exceptional service, and their prices have always been competitively priced.
I will continue to use them for my contact lens needs.
I placed my order last Friday and received it on Tuesday. I have referred this company to my friends and family and will continue to do so moving forward.

Avoid They do not deserve even a star. With no notifications of covid.
I was lured into buying my lenses and having them shipped within 15 days. After 15 days, I was notified that due to covid there would be a delay in my order. I was forced to contact them as to when my order would be complete and delivered. They then notified me that my order (20 Sep 2020) would not be satisfied until 21 Dec 2020.
After contacting contactlensking again, they promised to refund the shipping to keep me from cancelling the order. After delivery of my contact lens order on 29 Nov 2020, I noted that I was charged shipping and putting my lenses on I noticed that they were incorrect. I contacted contactlensking to notify them the order was wrong. They said I can send back unopened unmarked contact lens boxes at my cost.
During the order process, contactlensking requested my physicians information and prescription number to verify the prescription, so how could my order be wrong? They stated they had a passive approval, because contactlensking sent a fax to my physician and my physician did not respond within 8 hours. I ordered at approximately 9:00pm on a Sunday night. That would mean that my physician would have had to respond before 5am.
What doctor works at 5am. Even if they waited to during working hours to notify my doctor, not all doctors work out of the same office every day as mine does. Ultimately, I was very dissatisfied with contactlensking. After all I had been through with contactlensking, they did nothing to help or satisfy me as a customer.
All I received from contactlensking was a sorry, that's unfortunate. Do not buy contact lenses from contactlensking unless you are looking for hardships.

BUYER BEWARE
I ordered contacts from here at the beginning of March and still haven't received them, i have been in contact with with them multiple times in the week. they keep putting my call off and having me speak to someone else.
FINALLY the "manager" Adam call me back after two weeks only to tell me they should have been delivered already and there was nothing they could do to help me. I spent over $300 on contacts that i did NOT receive and the "manager" would not do anything to help me, he just kept telling me to file a claim with my bank if i wanted my money back and that contact lens king would not be helping me with this issue. I have never witnesses such a level of ignorance and disrespect from a "manager" at a company before, it really makes me think something shady is going on there.
The other associates i spoke to were polite but did nothing to help me except reroute me to other employees throughout the weeks. This company is not worth the headache, i wish i just paid more and ordered from a reputable company.

Verify correct prescription with yearly exam
Contact Lens King does not verify prescriptions per law. As a result they have provided the incorrect lens prescription for over 5 years.
CLK has sold contacts to people with expired and outdated prescription. This puts consumers in jeopardy of severe risk to their vision.

This is the second time I've ordered. I mistakenly ordered -3.75 & -4.00 instead of +3.75 & +4.00.
My doctor indicated that he never received a confirmation request. Contact Lens King claims they faxed it and did not receive a response and that the law allows them to send the order if they do not get a response in 8-hours. This is DEAD WRONG. The law requires them to either confirm the prescription with the prescriber or obtain a copy of the actual prescription from the patient.
They did not contact me to obtain a copy of the prescription and sent the wrong ones.
To make matters worse, when asked about comparing previous orders, the representative stated that they do not check previous orders because prescriptions can change.
I pointed out that while a prescription may change somewhat, it is not likely to change from -3.75 to a +3.75 and that would indicate that a mistake is obvious. She just reiterated that they do not look at previous orders.
All in all, because they did not follow the law and require a copy of the prescription to be sent prior to sending the lenses, I'm now out a lot of money because they won't accept opened boxes for return.

Contact lens box arrived partially opened after shipping delay
Delay was apparently a delay in shipment from the manufacturer to their distribution center... I received an email about it.
Focus Dailies 90 pack contacts lens box arrived partly opened.
I contacted customer service and sent a photo of the product and asked for a refund and without paying return shipment. Someone responded that this was normal due to air heat / pressure / expansion during shipment and the effect of heat on the glue closing the box and if the contacts were fine I could use them...?? This box has a perforated edge which was compromised, there is no glue anywhere in the opened spot.
To be specific the contact lens box has perforation which allows the opening of a "flap" which spans across the shortest end of the box (about 1" thick) and continues onto the top flat surface of the box, about halfway. The front area (shortest edge of the box) was opened along the perforation.
The perforation on the top flat part of the box was not opened.
No visible damage to the contact lenses could be seen and none were missing but...... very fishy.

Contact lens King charge me 4 times on my bank account for one pair of contact lenses. Contact lens King blamed it on my bank and said that they are the ones holding the funds.
They would not take responsibility for charging my account for times, they blamed it on an address billing problem. I use my debit card to purchase lots of things online daily, and do not have any problems. Contact lens King was the first problem some website with my card and it turned into a fiasco. When I called customer service the only thing the woman wanted to do was tell me that they did not take any money out of my account, that my bank did it.
Well my bank doesn't just randomly charge me 4 times for one set of contacts that I have not even received in the mail yet. Do not use this company, they will rip you off and customer service is terrible.

I ordered my contact lenses weeks ago and was informed that they are on back-order and haven't even left the warehouse yet. I wrote back to complain it had been over two weeks and they haven't even been shipped yet and received an email stating ContactLensKing will not receive my order from the warehouse until the middle of December!
That's still a month away for me! By the time they get shipped to me I will have lenses for Christmas after ordering in October.
AND THEY DON'T EVEN FEEL BAD ABOUT IT. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY, MIGHT AS WELL HAVE ORDERED THE THINGS FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD.

I've used them for years with no issues whatsoever
I've been buying lenses for me and three other members of my family from them for over four years. I've never had an issue.
Every order was delivered in a timely manner, exactly as ordered. Their prices are very good, discount coupon codes are almost always available (just Google), and the lenses are exactly the same as the ones my eye doctor sells at about half the price.
I'm not sure why this site requires that you enter at least 100 words, but to try to meet their quota, I typed this sentence. Evidently I'm still not there yet, as the "Enter at least 100 words" statement still appears below.

Recieved my air optix night and day contacts only to find out both boxes were dried out. Many will no solutuon at all.

Ordered from them before, no problems. Called for info on new lenses they have on their website, the phone agent had absolutely no idea about any of their products.

I ordered a pair of contact from this company as well and noticed that my order defaulted into a -2.50 prescription after I selected the + prescription. I Went into the cart and changed the order back to +2.50, the order was then defaulted by the company website to -2.50.
They shipped the order to me as a -2.50 order I did not verify it and opened the delivery to find it was the wrong prescription. I demanded a refund 80cnd. The owner Sam denied using a default coding system that alters the prescription to let users believe they made the wrong entry. As in your post above.
When in reality consumers make the correct selection and the company defaults the order from a + to a - prescription or someone at the administrative level modifies the entry. Accused of opening the box before looking at the prescription the company would not refund or send me the right order, even after stating that a long term relationship would be lost.

I ordered from them and regrettably I put +.50 vs -.50 on one prescription. I returned the one package of lenses but because there was a mark on the box no refund.
THAT was a 93.00 customer loss experience for them AS I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. What a joke joke joke. AND THIS IS WHEN YOU NEED 100 WORDS IN YOUR TEXT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A REVIEW/.

Felt like social engineering site?!
Placed an order, contacted customer support, checked everything. One day passed - they've sent me an email asking for:
a) A copy of a photo ID with your signature.
b) A copy of the credit card you want us to bill, front and back.
c) A signed statement authorizing us to charge your card for the amount of your order.
Front and back of credit card?! Really?!
It just felt like reading the book "art of deception" by kevin mitnick, when kevin (or someone like him) calls people asking for their credit card numbers and saying that he is a bank representative and that they just want to check something. Somehow I don't get impression that clk is doing this for educational purposes ...

I LOVE Contact lens king!Never a problem.Their customer service is great.Their prices are undoubtedly the best.Had a small delay on my last order but things happen.I called to see what the problem was.They explained it and in a timely manner it was resolved.Even if their prices go up I will still use their company.
